Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions. This role involves interpreting data trends, evaluating financial performance, and assisting in process optimization to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze budget discrepancies and assist department heads with financial insights.
• Support annual budget planning and quarterly forecasts; identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to monthly reporting, streamline reporting procedures, and enhance data integrity.
• Conduct ad hoc financial evaluations and assist with special projects.
• Maintain budget structures in Oracle and coordinate with IT on system updates.
• Create and distribute financial reports; train and support teams in budgeting and forecasting tools.
• Ensure accuracy of shared data sources and uphold confidentiality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Oracle, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SmartView, Aderant).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience required.
