Our client, a reference in Biotech and Manufacturing sector is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Service supporting installation and preventive maintenance in Water Treatment Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude and great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer 

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: 31 - 33

What’s the Job?

• Install, repair, and maintain water purification systems.
• Perform system validations and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory and calibrated tools/test equipment.
• Complete and close Work Orders daily with detailed documentation.
• Generate leads for hardware, consumables, and service contracts.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
• Water treatment experience
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
