TITLE: Lead Service Line Investigator
LOCATION: Davenport and Clinton
SCHEDULE: Onsite PAY RATE: $22/hour
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Contract role, one year potential through October 2027
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role involves working outside. You will be going door to door assisting with data collection, working in a team of two, year round.
You will provide administrative support to Company's efforts to investigate and identify lead water service lines in Davenport, Iowa.
Duties include collecting, entering, tracking, and maintaining confidential data.
Maintaining effective communications with contractors and homeowners by written correspondence, phone calls, and home visits.
Maintaining documentation of all correspondence. Accurately updating Company records on a daily basis as information is received.
Supporting Lead Service Line Replacement Project Manager and project staff with various administrative duties related to lead service lines.
Note this role has a heavy emphasis on canvassing (going door to door in a given area, working in pairs of two, outside.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email.
Ability to record data accurately in both written and digital format.
Ability to climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
Ability to work yearround (will be working in all weather conditions).
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION High School diploma or GED. Valid driver's license.
