Responsibilities

• Senior Sales Associate Commercial Roofing: identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities; manage key accounts; drive revenue growth; consult with clients to provide tailored roofing solutions.
• Assistant Sales Representative: assist the Senior Sales Representative with lead generation, attend networking events, participate in roof evaluations and maintenance inspections, prepare client project technical data for pricing, and assist in sales deliverables and presentations.
• Commercial Roofing Estimator: assemble cost estimates on projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000; take-offs from bid documents; solicit material quotes; communicate with sales, architects, engineers, and consultants; prepare base estimates and options; stay current with industry standards; assist in bid packages and production packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Existing network of contacts in commercial construction, property management, or facilities.

• Senior Sales Associate Commercial Roofing
  Location: Delran, NJ (on-site unless on client meetings)
  Salary: $55-70k Base + Commission (commensurate with experience)
• Assistant Sales Representative
  Location: Delran, NJ on-site unless visiting client sites
  Salary: $45-55k + commission
• Commercial Roofing Estimator
  Location: Near Delran, NJ on-site meetings with owner 2x/week + travel to nearby client sites
  Salary: $90-120k+ depending on experience (car allowance, cell phone, full benefits)
