Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney.

We are looking for a warm, experienced, and community?connected Estate Planning Associate Attorney who loves working with people and isnt afraid to step into the community to educate, inspire, and serveespecially within the Spanish?speaking Miami?Dade community.

This is an in?office position, and we are specifically seeking someone who is local to Miami?Dade and truly familiar with the community we serve.

Responsibilities

You will guide families with care, patience, and compassion through:

• Estate Planning Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare planning
• Medicaid & Long?Term Care Planning Helping families prepare for care while protecting what theyve worked for
• VA Benefits Serving those who served our country
• Guardianship Protecting vulnerable adults with dignity
• Probate Walking families through loss with compassion

You will also be a friendly, trusted face in our community , through:

• Educational seminars and workshops
• Senior centers, churches, and community events
• Outreach within the Spanish?speaking community of Miami?Dade

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is licensed to practice law in Florida
• Has real, hands?on estate planning experience (this is required)
• Is local to Miami?Dade and truly familiar with the community
• Is committed to working in?office and being present with clients and team
• Spanish?speaking is strongly preferred
• Has a warm, humble, and steady presence
• Is comfortable speaking to small and large groups
• Loves teaching and connecting with people
• Is dependable, detail?oriented, and service?driven
• Truly enjoys helping seniors, caregivers, and veterans

Compensation

$85,000 $130,000 yearly
