We are working with a Global Organization in Engineering, Design, and Installation of LARGE ROTATING EQUIPMENT for the HYDROPOWER GENERATION market. This is a well-established group of tenured engineers solving complex and unique problems in a growing and necessary sector of our economy.
Today we are seeking a HSE Manager to lead a small team of remote Safety Professionals Situated at construction project sites and a manufacturing facility. This role will oversee the implementation of safety protocols and training as well as being the first response in any major incident investigation. Specific experience in the power generation space is ideal, construction site safety experience is required.
In addition to the requisite experience and certifications, strong communication soft skills are highly valuable in this role. This person will not only be customer facing in a variety of stressful situations, but they will also be leading a diverse remote team in a process of delicate change management. Be ready to show me how you’ve done this in the past and what your strategy looks like.
