Job Title: Entry Level Financial Analyst – Hybrid
Location: South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – must be local)
Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour (W2)
Type: Contract (6–12 months, possible extension)

About the Role

Russell Tobin is seeking an Entry Level Financial Analyst to join our client’s Tax Operations team within a leading global financial services organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance operations .

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile cost basis and gain/loss data for client accounts
• Review and ensure accuracy of tax and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Support testing, process improvements, and operational initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business , or related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in financial operations or analysis preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
