Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are arranged according to plan. Help create event timelines and schedules for efficient operation and management during events. Conduct research to identify potential venues and event locations that suit client needs. Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate event details and requirements effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
