Our company is looking for a licensed Enrolled Agent whose primary role will be to represent services to individual & corporate clients before the IRS for the Fresh Start Programs in order to aid in there tax issues. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled tax professional with a deep understanding of federal tax laws and regulations as well as have an initiative and drive to progress with cases. Key Responsibilities Tax Preparation : Prepare individual and corporate tax returns, including Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1041. Tax Planning : Provide tax planning strategies to clients, helping them minimize their tax liabilities. Tax Research : Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide informed advice to clients. Client Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their tax-related concerns. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal tax laws and regulations. Professional Development : Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and industry trends through continuing education. Work with a team to provide assistance with cases. Qualifications Must have CAF # & PTIN. OTE - on top of base pay. Education : Enrolled Agent (EA) certification from the IRS. Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Enrolled Agent or in a similar tax preparation role. Skills Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
