Job Qualifications and Abilities

• Active EA License with 1 year minimum experience
• Must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Have thorough understanding of Tax Investigation &  Tax Resolution submission process directly with IRS
• Must be able to work efficiently & manage a large pipeline with confidence
• Must have experience and Knowledge of all IRS Fresh Start Programs

Job Responsibilities

• Calling the IRS to complete tax investigation and order account transcripts, wage and income reports
• Communicate with IRS via phone & fax
• Negotiates with IRS to release wage and/or bank levies.
• Prepare and analyze financial documents to choose optimal resolution path for clients.
• Prepares, reviews and filing of Offer in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment agreements, Fresh Start Program, Lien Release, Lien Subordination, Audit Reconsideration as well as any other available IRS program

Work Schedule

• 40 hours a week
• Flexible work schedule
• Paid Holidays off
