Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring that all drywall installation projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for drywall installation projects.
• Analyze labor costs, material costs, and other expenses to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to clarify project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records of estimates and project changes to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction methods, and materials to provide informed estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes and materials.
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
