Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound professional to work closely with Drupal developers, infrastructure, and architecture teams. While this role does not require hands-on Drupal development experience, a solid understanding of client-server architecture and request flow is essential. The candidate will focus on coordination, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-platform support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Coordination : Act as the bridge between the Drupal development team, offshore resources, infrastructure, and architecture groups.
• Incident Handling : Serve as the point of contact during high-priority incidents (e.g., P1 site outages), ensuring timely communication, stakeholder engagement, and resolution tracking.
• Documentation & Governance : Prepare runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job descriptions to streamline operations and onboarding.
• Platform Support Flexibility : Willing to contribute to adjacent platforms like SharePoint or other internal systems as needed.
• Process Improvement : Identify gaps in communication or process, and work with teams to implement practical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of web application architecture, especially client-server request/response flows
• Experience working in multi-vendor or offshore delivery environments
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, especially during outages or escalations
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
