Support Health's mission is to provide state-of-the-art methods and care systems to give every person in our care the support they need by equipping providers with guidance and training opportunities. Our services are provided throughout the day, offering flexible scheduling and up to 40 hours per week.

As a valued provider, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct support to children, assisting them with various needs.
• Collaborating with families and a multi-disciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each person in your care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with state and city regulations.
• Taking part in all meetings associated with your clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• 3 Years experience working with children
• Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, Russian) is a plus!
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience preferred
