We are seeking a dedicated engineer to join our sports and technology team. Position Overview: We are looking for a digital-aware, technology-driven individual to work in a fast-paced, growing environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role involves supporting a newly formed technology team, an expanding broadcast facility, and our Cloud Master Control capabilities. You will be responsible for: Supporting Live Studio and Master Control environments that handle multiple rooms and shows simultaneously. Working in a fast-paced live environment, including live games and studio shows. Troubleshooting across various support channels: On-Air, In Person, Telephone/Email, and Control Room operations. Collaborating with the engineering team to install, maintain, and upgrade production and control systems. Communicating complex technical principles clearly and effectively. Updating engineering documents and diagrams. Maintaining knowledge of new technologies deployed. Position Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience, with TV/Production experience preferred. Strong knowledge of technical TV equipment (switchers, routers, cameras, audio boards, intercoms). Proficiency in IT topics such as networking, Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends to support live events. Ability to support live production teams and maintain professionalism under stress.
