You will report directly to the Director of Digital Content Services and assist in representing Food Service manufacturers within the Food Service Distribution community. Your primary responsibility will be managing the workload of the Content Syndication team. You will lead efforts to establish standardized processes and workflows, enabling the team to efficiently handle all client projects. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will own key client relationships and oversee the assignment of other client accounts within the team. Responsibilities You will manage the content management and syndication process for Food Service clients: Oversee content updates and distribution across all points listed in client contracts, delegating administrative tasks to team members as needed. Review and validate digital shelf analysis reports for clients, ensuring accuracy in the absence of ODM support. Develop and document operational processes to create consistent workflows, reducing costs and preventing margin erosion. Build effective relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration. Act as a subject matter expert in business operations, managing change and educating teams to meet business objectives. Provide training on new tools, systems, and processes, including all mandated Acosta training courses. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Minimum of eight years in relevant roles Experience with managing enterprise systems for Food Service distributors, digital shelf tools, content optimization, and online merchandising fundamentals (PDP content) is required. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics is preferred but not essential. Experience with PIM, DAM, and content management tools is necessary. Specific experience in Food Service distribution eCommerce processes is preferred. Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts. Familiarity with 1WorldSync and GS1 platforms is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are also necessary.
