Our Company is a global leader in the field of dental restorations and technology. We are looking for an organized, energetic, experienced location manager to support and lead our team in the Central California/San Francisco Bay area.

*Responsibilities-*
- Oversee the hiring, training, development, performance management, and overall communication of and with laboratory staff
- Customer retention efforts including individualized customer service, regular communication and interaction with customers, and resolution of any related issues that arise
- Ensure quality of location’s products continually meets/exceeds company standards
- Collaboration with operational departments including Accounting, HR, IT, R&D to ensure the company’s operational priorities are in line with company strategy
- Attend off-site meetings, events and tradeshows as required
- Management of safety policies and safe practices are being adhered to by laboratory staff
- Organize and establish sales and marketing development strategies, P&L reporting, and lab performance goals, reporting to company senior executive leadership to attain overall revenue goals
- Assist with development of pricing according to analysis of company product
- Other tasks as assigned
*Qualifications-*
*Required:*
- Experience totaling 5 years or more in a dental lab leadership role
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) software
- Ability to accommodate occasional travel
- Valid Driver’s license
*Preferred:*
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT)
- Operations Management experience of 5 years or more
*Education:*
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
