We are currently seeking a Day Shift Ink Manufacturing Laborer at our CR/T facility located at Hartford, WI (please note this is not the Print Plant off of Hwy. 60).

About CR/T

Since 1982, CR/T has been a leader in manufacturing specialized resins for ink production, focusing on our innovative EnviroTech inks . We utilize advanced rosin-based resin polymers to deliver high-performance solutions for various printing and coating applications.

Position Overview

Join our dedicated team at Quad's CR/T facility, where we manufacture the resins and inks that support our nationwide printing operations. As an Ink Manufacturing Laborer , you'll play a crucial role in the production process utilizing various manufacturing equipment, including vertical post mixers, twin screw extruders, horizontal bead mills, and 3-roll mills. Responsibilities also include forklift operation, railcar and tanker truck unloading. The starting wage for this position is competitive at $20.00/hour or more, depending on your experience. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant industrial environment—not a conventional print shop.

Qualifications

• Available to work an 8-hour day shift from 7 am to 3 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in pigment ink manufacturing is a plus; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Forklift experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows software is preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more is required.
