You'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve processes, and enhance both customer and employee experiences. This role requires analytical expertise combined with exceptional communication skills to translate data findings into compelling narratives that stakeholders can easily understand and act upon. Key Responsibilities Analyze business data, KPIs, and key metrics using advanced analytics tools Create and maintain insightful reports through PowerBI and SSRS, ensuring they deliver actionable value Communicate data stories effectively to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions Provide performance feedback to leadership regarding critical metrics Support implementation and integration of new technologies Develop creative solutions to business problems through data modeling and analysis Collaborate across departments to identify patterns and connect insights Thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong analytical mindset with natural data curiosity Exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau) SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) experience preferred Prior experience in Agile environments is a plus Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable narratives Join our team to help shape data-driven strategies that will transform how we operate and serve our customers!
