DM Cantor offers a salary range of a minimum of $175,000 per year to $300,000 per year – depending on experience – plus an extremely attractive bonus opportunity and 20% of any fee paid on personal referrals.

DM Cantor is looking for one (1) criminal defense attorney immediately due to strategic growth. We prefer an attorney with Arizona experience handling a wide variety of Arizona criminal law matters, however, prior Arizona experience is not required. Private practitioners, public defenders, prosecutors, and out-of-state candidates or new attorneys are all encouraged to apply. A cover letter is required when submitting your resume. Our attorneys are serious about defending people. We work in-the-office, or in-the-courtroom, Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 5:00, minimum. We do not do “work-from-home.” We have found that 95% of success comes from creative intelligence, work ethic, and grit. If you do not have all three of these qualities, or if you need “more flexible work hours,” please do not apply.
We offer an outstanding benefits package, which includes ten (10) days paid holidays, fifteen (15) days paid vacation days, and five (5) personal or sick time off days a year (i.e., 30 paid days off per year). Upon completion of the first year of employment we do offer loyalty vacation time off, which means an employee can earn an additional one (1) day off per year of employment. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is also available. Also, a 401K with a very generous employer match of 3.5% of total compensation is offered. Lastly, the Firm pays for your parking beginning on day one.
