We are seeking a Creative Director who will bring the visual, conceptual, and emotional essence of Oliveda to life across every brand touchpoint. Your role?
Craft, elevate, and protect the creative soul of the brand — across storytelling, content, campaigns, product launches, visual identity, and digital expression.
What You’ll Do
Lead Oliveda’s Creative Vision
Collaborate on and elevate the brand’s global creative strategy, ensuring all visuals and narratives authentically reflect the power, purity, and purpose of tree-to-beauty.
Build and Guide a World-Class Creative Team
Mentor designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and content creators — fostering a collaborative environment that inspires bold ideas and extraordinary execution.
Craft High-Impact Campaigns
Oversee the creation of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels — ensuring cohesive storytelling and elevated brand presence.
Elevate Brand Identity & Aesthetic
Refine and evolve our visual language, from packaging to social content to digital design, ensuring consistency, beauty, and innovation across every consumer touchpoint.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Partner closely with marketing, product development, leadership, and influencer teams to support strategic initiatives, launches, and brand moments.
Direct Photography, Video & Creative Production
Lead concept development, creative briefs, shoots, and post-production to deliver high-quality content that captures Oliveda’s essence.
Stay Ahead of Cultural & Creative Trends
Anticipate shifts in design, beauty, wellness, and digital culture to keep Oliveda at the forefront of innovation and relevance.
Bring Magic to Launches & Events
Shape the creative vision for product launches, brand events, and experiences — ensuring every touchpoint feels immersive, premium, and unforgettable.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand leadership (beauty, wellness, or luxury strongly preferred)
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and elevated design
Deep understanding of digital content, photography, video, and campaign development
Culturally aware, trend-driven, and passionate about visual storytelling
Strong communicator with the ability to align creative vision across departments
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)
Compensation: $156,000 – $198,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)
