Opportunity: 

The Creative Director will be the driving force behind brand storytelling, spearheading bold omnichannel campaigns, and delivering breakthrough creative that produces measurable business results. This role exemplifies leadership in both craft and strategy–driving real business impact through distinct brand expression, standout audience growth, and revenue-generating creative.

You will shape the voice and visual identity for an organization and its brands, on a mission to transform lives through faith-based live events and educational businesses––merging world-class creative strategy with hands-on leadership in campaign execution. 

Responsibilities: 

Creative Leadership & Team Buildout 

  • Set the creative vision that elevates the brand to national prominence while staying true to our faith-based mission. 

  • Build, scale, and lead a multidisciplinary creative team fostering a collaborative culture of speed, innovation, excellence, and results. 

  • Develop team processes that maximize output quality, consistency, and efficiency across all projects. 

Creative Storytelling & Visualization 

  • Create and present compelling storyboards, campaign narratives, mood boards, and pitch decks that bring big ideas to life for stakeholders. 

High-Impact Campaign and Content Creation 

  • Partner with marketing and executive leadership to concept and execute world-class campaigns that cut through the noise, create emotional resonance, and drive measurable action—attendance, conversions, and engagement.

  • Lead development of a high-performance content engine that integrates campaigns across channels and produces assets such as:

  • Paid ad creative optimized for performance marketing and conversion lift. 

  • Social-first content, display ads, and interactive media formats designed for maximum engagement. 

  • Email marketing and journey design that delivers creative and messaging for end-to-end email journeys––from lead capture to post-purchase––optimizing subject lines, copy, and visuals to nurture relationships, drive engagement, and accelerate conversions.

  • Website creative and content modules that elevate brand experience, improve user flow, and drive measurable actions.

  • Stage/event visuals, presentations, and immersive experiential branding elements that reinforce the brand story. 

  • Partnership and sponsorship creative that maximizes visibility, aligns with partner objectives, and enhances co-branded audience engagement.

Brand Stewardship & Innovation 

  • Champion brand consistency while evolving the visual and verbal identity to stay fresh, relevant, and memorable.

  • Lead new brand creative initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Stay ahead of design, media, and trends, infusing fresh creative thinking, innovative formats, storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies into campaigns.

Cross-Brand Portfolio Leadership 

  • Manage creative across multiple brands, ensuring each maintains a distinct identity while laddering up to the parent brand vision. 

  • Develop scalable systems and guidelines to support creative consistency across brand extensions, partnerships, and co-branded initiatives. 

Performance-Driven Results 

  • Set creative KPIs tied to business outcomes and work closely with analytics to measure, learn, and optimize for maximum ROI. 

  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven creative iteration to increase campaign impact and efficiency. 

Partnerships & Collaboration 

  • Partner with external agencies and vendors, guiding them with strategic clarity while maintaining high creative and performance standards.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Events teams to ensure creative alignment with organizational goals. 

Creative Operations Excellence 

  • Implement systems for resource planning, project management, and creative workflow optimization to increase output without sacrificing quality. 

  • Drive operational efficiency in asset production, from digital content to print, while maintaining a high creative standard. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related creative field required.

  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, with a portfolio demonstrating success leading creative for nationally-recognized brands––preferably in high-performance, audience-growth environments. 

  • Preferred Industry Experience: Demonstrated success working with or for high-impact, content-driven brands such as Dave Ramsey, The Daily Wire, PragerU, 10X Media, Think Media, Angel Studios, Morning Brew, The Blaze Media, MasterClass, HubSpot (formerly The Hustle), or similar national brands recognized for audience-driven marketing, live events, digital-first growth, and values-based storytelling. 

  • Omnichannel Expertise: Track record of developing campaigns that span paid media, social, broadcast, digital, experiential, and print—while tailoring creative to each channel’s strengths. 

  • Performance Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of creative optimization for performance marketing, including audience segmentation, conversion triggers, and A/B testing. 

  • Content Ecosystem Leadership: Experience architecting scalable content systems that deliver consistent, high-quality creative across ads, social, email journeys, websites, events, and partnerships. 

  • Sponsorship & Partnership Creative: Background in crafting co-branded creative that drives measurable value for partners while maintaining brand integrity. 

  • Cross-Functional Influence: History of collaborating successfully with marketing, product, performance, and executive teams to align creative strategy with organizational goals. 

  • Cultural & Trend Insight: Ability to translate emerging design, media, and cultural trends into actionable, brand-relevant creative ideas. 

  • People Leadership: Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 

  • Mission Alignment: Passion for faith-based storytelling and creating content anchored in values that resonate deeply with target audiences.
