We're a team of innovators who work with the groups evolving the member experience. Our goal is to make content promotion personal, flexible, and emotionally resonant, helping members discover their next favorite story.This is a contract position for 3 months to start, with the possibility of extension based on a mutual fit. We're hiring for 2-3 roles and seeking candidates with specific skill sets.In this role, you'll be on the front lines, creating compelling copy for high-impact seasonal campaigns, with a specific focus on email and push notification content. You will collaborate with the Creative teams, Consumer Messaging, and Merchandising teams to bring seasonal moments and content catalogs to life. Your words will not only resonate with our members but also drive engagement and reshape how we connect with our audience.Responsibilities:Create seasonal campaigns: Develop engaging copy for a wide range of seasonal moments and campaigns, from new series launches to holiday promotions. Your work will directly support strategic objectives and results.Master email and push copy: Write on-brand, conversion-optimized email copy and craft short, punchy push notifications that are designed to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure messaging is aligned with overall campaign goals and our brand voice.Maintain brand consistency: Ensure every piece of content you create reflects the brand voice while adapting it for different activations and audiences. Qualifications:All candidates should have experience writing for both email and push notifications, and the ability to self-edit while adhering to our Style Guides and creative specifications. We also prefer candidates with experience speaking to diverse audiences across all demographics.We are specifically looking for two key skill sets across our hires:Language Fluency: One of the roles requires fluency in both English and Spanish to support our global campaigns.Gen Z Expertise: Another role requires a candidate who is proficient in writing for a Gen Z consumer audience.5+ years of experience as a Copywriter, with a proven track record of creating successful email and push notification campaigns.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong understanding of email and push notification best practices, and experience with A/B testing to optimize performance.You are a strategic and creative thinker with a meticulous eye for detail.You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and time management skills.Bonus points if you have experience with Airtable or have worked at a production, entertainment company, or creative agency.
