Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Control Room Coordinator (3 ROLES) to join their team. As a Control Room Coordinator (3 ROLES), you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting critical monitoring and coordination functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Control Room Coordinator (3 ROLES)

Location:  Plano, TX 

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

• Monitor and manage overall progress against plans including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, and upgrades.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and checkpoint calls to ensure seamless operations.
• Support ad-hoc requests and maintain clear communication across domestic and international teams.
• Utilize tools such as AutoSys, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Jira, and MS Office suite to facilitate monitoring and reporting.
• Work flexibly on either AM or PM shifts, including weekend support, to ensure continuous operational coverage.

What's Needed?

• Experience with AutoSys, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Jira, and MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Eligibility to work in the US, with valid work authorization.
