Construction Superintendent – Masonry

A well-established regional commercial masonry contractor is looking to expand their leadership team with the addition of an experienced Construction Superintendent. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who has successfully managed commercial masonry projects and is ready to take on a key leadership position.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction from a masonry standpoint. You will coordinate field operations, manage on-site personnel and subcontractors (10-15), and ensure that commercial projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As Superintendent you’ll be responsible for allocating resources as needed to meet the project schedule, maintaining detailed and timely reports, and working closely with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials. In this role, you will collaborate with the General Contractor’s Superintendent to ensure that quality, scheduling, and cost targets are achieved. You will also support the Project Manager in preparing RFIs and planning work phases while maintaining strict adherence to original plans and specifications.
