Job Description Construction Cleaning Area Manager We are looking for someone to lead our construction cleaning crews in our various projects. The Manager is responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the work and training of Construction Janitorial Workers engaged in cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Specific oral and written instructions accompany major assignments, but the Manager makes ordinary decisions and is responsible for planning work schedules and methods. Work is performed under the general supervision of a Regional Leader and work is reviewed based on results obtained. Responsibilities Lead construction cleaning crews across projects; plan, assign, and supervise work; train Construction Janitorial Workers in cleaning and minor maintenance tasks; interpret and apply oral and written instructions for major assignments; determine work schedules and methods; operate under general supervision of a Regional Leader with work reviewed based on results. Qualifications and Qualities We are looking for someone with experience who is willing to learn, improve, and teach the following skills to our crews.
