LVI are currently working with an established roofing company based out of South Florida who are looking for a talented roofing estimator as part of growth plans for this year. This company is a mid-sized reputable business, known for outstanding quality projects alongside a family-feel culture.

About the Role

We're seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to support the service department by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for commercial roofing repairs and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, roofing industry experience, and a customer-first mindset.

After initial training this a fully remote role with a base salary and commission structure. Full compensation can reach $150,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and roof inspections to assess repair needs.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and proposals for commercial clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, service technicians, and clients to ensure scope accuracy.
• Review specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop cost estimates.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and client communications.
• Stay current with industry pricing, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or related field.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
