Responsibilities Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate banking segments. Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management. Support Commercial Banking Transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution. Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces. Develop our next-generation Wholesale credit technology offerings. Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems. Drive business development to originate new client opportunities. Build your reputation as an industry thought leader. Travel, as required, up to 80%. What You Need Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development. Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems. A Bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points If You Have Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in commercial banking. Launched new product offerings in the banking industry. Built next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g., GenAI, data models) for commercial banking business. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management. Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives. Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle. Structured problem-solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution. Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS). Professional Skills Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment. Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
