About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be a champion for innovation and inclusion, with a proven track record of providing strategic leadership to ensure financial sustainability and relevancy. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, a personal or professional connection to the disability community, and a Bachelor's degree. The role demands a leader with a strong background in mentoring and coaching, budget creation, contract negotiation, and experience in lobbying or legislative matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, be adept at cultivating new partnerships, and have a commitment to amplifying the voices of marginalized individuals. Experience in operations management within a non-profit or service-delivery organization, as well as a clear commitment to the values of inclusion, teamwork, integrity, and empowerment, is essential.
