About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its community-centered organization. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader with a strong focus on youth development and safety. Key responsibilities for the CEO include building and maintaining the organization's operational and strategic plans, ensuring the well-being of all members and staff, and fostering a culture of excellence and compliance. The CEO will also be responsible for positioning the organization as a vital community partner, stewarding fundraising efforts, and managing the organization's fiscal health. This role requires an experienced executive with a proven track record in budgetary and fiscal management, as well as the ability to lead and develop a diverse staff and volunteer board. The ideal CEO for the company will have an accredited 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, and a strong background in nonprofit management. Essential skills for the role include strategic planning, financial analysis, and the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The CEO will be expected to be a visible and engaged leader, cultivating partnerships that enhance the organization's reputation and advance its mission. A commitment to the values of the organization, including youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, is essential. The role also involves leading capital development efforts and ensuring that the organization's facilities meet the needs of the community and support its long-term success.
