About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its national not-for-profit organization. The CEO will be responsible for the effective management of all financial, contractual, and administrative aspects of the virtual office operations, ensuring the continued advancement of the company's value proposition as a trusted credentialing service for Internationally Educated Nurses. This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors and nursing regulatory bodies, as well as the development and implementation of strategies and programs to meet the needs of the nursing community in Canada. The ideal candidate for the CEO position at the company is a systems thinker with a proven track record in driving growth, enhancing value propositions, and ensuring excellence in client service delivery. They should be adept at meeting operational and fiscal goals, and have strong skills in analysis, planning, negotiation, and management of key relationships. The successful candidate will be an inclusive and collaborative team leader, with a compassionate and empowering style, and will have experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Demonstrable experience in a regulated or credentialing organization, as well as in a virtual office environment, is highly valued. The CEO will play a pivotal role in addressing the challenges faced by nurses and the healthcare system, and must be prepared to engage with a diverse array of internal and external audiences to achieve a vision of shared success.
