Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while learning the essential skills needed to become a skilled carpenter. The Carpenter Apprentice will assist experienced carpenters in various tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures. Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of siding, roofing, and other structural components.
• Participate in water damage restoration projects by helping to assess damage and implement repairs.
• Fabricate wooden structures and components according to specifications.
• Support concrete forming tasks, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
• Collaborate with team members on masonry projects, including bricklaying and stonework.
• Learn construction estimating techniques to assist in project planning and budgeting.
• Engage in remodeling activities, helping to transform spaces according to client needs.
• Contribute to construction painting efforts, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous exposure to the construction industry is beneficial but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with siding, roofing, water damage restoration, fabrication, concrete forming, masonry, construction estimating, remodeling, and construction painting is a plus.
• A strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to carpentry and construction practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
