Home Energy Pros is expanding in Fort Wayne, and were looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our canvassing team! As a Canvasser, youll be the first point of contact with homeownerscreating interest, starting conversations, and setting appointments for our team of energy consultants. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for individuals who love working outdoors, talking to people, and making great money.

Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods and engage homeowners

Explain the benefits of energy-efficient home upgrades

Set in-home appointments for our inspection team

Represent Home Energy Pros with integrity and enthusiasm

Accurately track daily activity through our system

Qualifications:

Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicator

Self-driven and motivated to meet performance goals

Comfortable working outdoors and on foot

Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Canvassing or sales experience is a plusbut not required
