Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, posting bills, and performing monthly reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Post and track bills to be paid in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements at the end of each month
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with internal team on budgeting and cash flow tracking as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Manufacturing a plus
