BMW Valet Driver

Are you a responsible and reliable individual with a passion for driving and a deep appreciation for the BMW brand? Do you have a flexible schedule and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a BMW Valet Driver.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to be the face of our service department. In this role, you'll be responsible for picking up and delivering our customers' BMWs from their homes or workplaces, ensuring a seamless and convenient service experience. This position is ideal for retirees or anyone with a flexible schedule who loves to drive and interact with people. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a retiree seeking flexible supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and punctually pick up customers' vehicles from their designated locations.
• Conduct a brief pre-service inspection of the vehicle and accurately document its condition.
• Deliver loaner vehicles to customers as needed.
• Return serviced vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness and care of every vehicle you handle.

Compensation & Schedule:

This is not an hourly-wage position with set working hours. All valet runs are scheduled in advance based on customer service needs.

• Compensation: You are compensated per run based on the greater of two rates:
• A competitive rate per mile driven for the trip.
• An established hourly rate for the trip's duration.
• Schedule: This role requires a flexible schedule. We will coordinate with you to schedule runs in advance; there are no set daily or weekly hours.

Qualifications:

• A clean and valid driver's license.
• A strong, proven track record of safe driving.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the BMW brand and a passion for driving.
