About the Role:

As a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our Spanish- and English-speaking members. Your role will be to provide exceptional service, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure our members have the best possible experience with our services.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within one hour of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230.

Start Date: April 14th

Training & Work Schedule:
Training (12 weeks): Training hours vary between Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM MST. The schedule will be flexible during this time, and you'll receive prior notice of any changes.
Post-Training: Must be available to work weekends. Shifts may range from 7:00 AM MST to 9:30 PM MST, Monday through Sunday, with two days off each week.

Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members.
Assist members with questions related to benefits, ID card requests, eligibility, billing, payment processing, and more.
Perform accurate data entry to update patient profiles and personal details.
Track interactions and maintain compliance using advanced technology and dual screens.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of call center experience, with 2+ years of customer service experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (bilingual assessment required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
