What You'll Get To Do We are currently seeking National Training Standard (NTS) certified Credentialed Background Investigators nationally. You’ll conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals and review appropriate records to obtain facts to resolve all material issues in a case or to establish the background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications of the subject under investigation. You will document all information received and submit a detailed report of investigation within a strict timeline. You’ll Bring These Qualifications A sense of mission in support of national security initiatives. An impeccable work ethic, integrity, and can-do attitude. Ability to walk, type, sit, or stand for long periods of time. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, such as typing detailed, extensive, and lengthy reports. Experience conducting background investigations. Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience. Proven quality, timeliness, and production metrics. Ability to obtain/maintain a favorable determination based on a Single Scope Background Investigation. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required as driving is an essential function of this position. May use public transportation if available, and practical. Must be willing to travel locally daily dependent on assignment location. Clearance Favorable adjudication Top- Secret Clearance based on a T5 or Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
