Key Responsibilities: Foster a respectful and professional work environment for all coworkers and guests. Deliver an exceptional dining experience by managing a section of tables in our vibrant and busy atmosphere. Learn and sell our exceptional wine and spirits offerings to enhance our customers' dining experiences. Consistent follow through on steps of service and daily responsibilities in order to fulfill performance agreements. Maintain a team-oriented mindset to contribute to our successful tip pool system. Adhere to high standards of organization, attention to detail, and sanitation in compliance with health department standards. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years experience as a professional server, sommelier, or bartender, preferably in Fine Dining. Certified CMS, WSET III, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere. Demonstrated ability to follow direction and maintain a team-oriented mindset. A track record of creating a respectful, positive work environment. Must hold a valid California Food Handler Card & RBS Certificate.
