As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Pure Fishing, youll play a key role in shaping our brands online presence, connecting with outdoor enthusiasts, and growing our digital community. From crafting engaging posts to analyzing trends, youll help tell our story across multiple platforms while keeping our audience hooked. If you love social media, creativity, and the great outdoors, this is the role for you!

What you will do:

1. Create & Curate Content Curate and harvest content through relationship building with our external and internal content sources.
2. Manage Social Media Calendars Plan and schedule content to align with marketing initiatives.
3. Engage with the Community Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
4. Analyze & Report Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.
5. Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up with the latest social media innovations and industry best practices.
6. Collaborate with Creators Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand storytelling.
7. Team Up for Success Partner with marketing, brand managers, and cross-functional teams to amplify campaigns.

What you will need to succeed:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2. Proven social media management experience (internships, personal branding, or previous roles).

5. A strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
6. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
