We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and proactive House Manager & Personal Assistant who is equally at home managing the daily operations of a private residence and caring for beloved family dogs. This is a hands-on, highly trusted position for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced household and values discretion, efficiency, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day household operations
• Oversee scheduling, appointments, errands, and travel planning
• Handle vendor communication and supervise home maintenance projects
• Coordinate family calendar and assist with events or social planning
• Provide loving care and oversight for multiple dogs (feeding, walking, appointments, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across household spaces
• Occasional personal assistant tasks (shopping, returns, organization, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role (household management, PA, or estate management)
• Highly organized, punctual, and tech-savvy
• Trustworthy with excellent judgment and discretion
• Loves dogs and is comfortable caring for them daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities
