What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or government personnel as required. Assist with access control, verifying identification and/or credentials as needed, in accordance with site‑specific guidelines. Complete detailed written reports and documentation on security‑related incidents and daily activities. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal and client personnel to help to maintain a secure environment within the government facility. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
