Sede: Malta | Tempo pieno, contratto a tempo indeterminato
️ Lingue: Italiano (C2) e Inglese (C1)

Orario: 40 ore settimanali, turni tra le 07:00 e le 19:00 (lundom)

Unisciti al team di una compagnia aerea e offri assistenza ai clienti per prenotazioni, cancellazioni e richieste tramite telefono, chat, email e social.

Cosa farai:

• Gestione prenotazioni e richieste dei clienti
• Supporto multicanale con un tocco professionale
• Esperienza cliente impeccabile
• Ottimo livello di italiano e inglese
• Esperienza nel customer service
• Digitazione: min. 25 parole/minuto
• Conoscenze informatiche di base
• Da 1.462 a 1.562 al mese + bonus
