At Pure Beauty MD, we are a seeking a certified nurse practitioner with strong passion for aesthetics and wellness, promoting best practices for clients and willing to provide best aesthetic outcomes. This position is ONLY for trained and experienced Aesthetics RN/NP/PA with aesthetic medicine experience, with knowledge and experience working with all injectables, experience working with lasers, IPL and RF microneedling with several years of experience and ready to expand their career further with opening and growing aesthetics practice. Physician will serve as medical director and help as needed with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good Faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
• Part-time role: Must be able to work Fri/Sat + 1 Weekday
• TN, TX, NV state licenses are a plus

Skills

• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid nurse practitioner license

Experience: injectable fillers, neurotoxins, IV therapy, PRP, laser hair removal, In mode Morpheus, Diolaze and Lumecca IPL. Other cosmetic procedures and training will be provided based on long term relationship with the company and growth.

Compensation: partnership track, and based on production.

Training: Trained and experienced RN/NPs willing to open and start and grow medical spa, dedicated to growing the business.

Ideal candidate: Has extensive experience with aesthetics, consultation, and practice, conscientious, skilled professional, dedicated to aesthetics and wellness in our clients in Newport beach.

Attitude:cheerful, enthusiastic team player, willing to go the extra step for client satisfaction and work closely with MD with consultations, and treatments side by side.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $ $75.00 per hour
