Compensation: $55/hour + 10% commission on aesthetic services (after cost/consumables)

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced, non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional and supportive clinical environment. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and medical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Treatment Planning
• Conduct detailed patient consultations, assess skin and facial anatomy, and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans
• Educate patients on available treatments, expectations, and aftercare instructions
• Obtain informed consent and ensure patient safety protocols are met
Aesthetic Treatments & Procedures
• Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other neurotoxin injections
• Perform micro-needling, chemical peels, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and laser skin treatments
• Monitor patient reactions during and after procedures, making adjustments as necessary for optimal results
Patient Education & Follow-up
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and conduct follow-up appointments
• Maintain clear, detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to medical protocols, licensing requirements, and infection control standards
• Work alongside physicians and medical directors to review treatment plans and complex cases
Business & Growth Support
• Assist with marketing efforts, client retention, and business development initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, new aesthetic procedures, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in the state of Illinois
Neurotoxin and filler certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and injectable techniques
Passion for patient care, aesthetics, and wellness
Strong communication and sales ability to educate patients on treatments and skincare
