What You’ll Do:
Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments
Review EOBs, identify and resolve denials/underpayments
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances
Maintain accurate billing and A/R records
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with dental office A/R and billing required
Strong knowledge of insurance payment processing and denial management
Comfortable reviewing EOBs and researching discrepancies
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with dental practice management software a plus
